I’m Rebekah Marie — here to guide women from hustle and burnout into gentleness, nourishment, and love within.

 

This is a space for women ready to soften into their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and step into a steadier, sweeter way of living.

For over a decade, I hustled — self-employed, surviving month to month, pouring myself into projects to try and save the world. My body carried the cost: exhaustion, chaos, and a painful disconnection from myself.

Then, life shifted. Through pilgrimage, reflection, and deep healing, I began to see a new way: one of gentleness, nourishment, and trust.

The Honeycomb Path was born from this — a reminder that sweetness, strength, and structure can exist together. Like the honeycomb, our lives can be both soft and strong, nourishing and spacious.

From Burnout to Balance

 

The first photos are me at a time when I was carrying the weight of stress, survival mode, and 20 years of battling lipedema. I poured myself into everything and everyone, but my own body felt heavy, inflamed, and disconnected. Stress wasn’t just in my mind — it showed up physically, fuelling inflammation and making lipedema even harder to live with.

The second photos are me now — after choosing gentleness over intensity, nourishment over punishment. By calming my nervous system and addressing the stress–inflammation cycle, I began to see real shifts: less pain, less swelling, more lightness in both body and spirit.

This journey wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about re-patterning how I care for myself — body, mind, and spirit. I didn’t just lose weight, I began to heal.

Now, I guide other women on the same path: moving from years of struggle into balance, freedom, and a deeper love of their own vessel.

Every woman’s journey is unique, and so are the costs. The Cambridge Plan is built around your pace, preferences, and needs. On average, most clients spend around £50–£70 per week on their meals & 1:1 support — often less than a weekly food shop. Minimum 12 weeks recommended for best results.
